We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy calculated from the time of the receipt of the product. Items that are returned must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with their original tags still attached. The customer bears the full responsibility of paying all costs related to return shipping.

When returning items from outside the EU, make sure to state ‘RETURNED GOODS’ prominently at the top of the returns address and declare them as “returned goods” to the courier/postal service. Doing so will prevent returns from being delayed by EU customs and incurring additional charges. If your return does incur additional charges, these will be deducted from the refund. At this time, all customers returning products will be responsible for paying their shipping costs and should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
In the event of a customer receiving a wrong item by mistake, or one with defects, Flâneri will cover return shipping.
For hygiene reasons, products such as perfumes, cosmetics, and jewelry cannot be returned once opened, used, or worn.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, you will receive an email from us notifying you that the refund has been processed and that the credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This can vary between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this.
Our stock is limited. If you would like to exchange an item in your order or replace an item that is defective or damaged, please send an email to email@example.com so that we can reserve the requested item and advise on the return procedure.
