During the annual harvesting season, which runs from early May to late September, more than 30 family-owned farms collaborate with the Plükt team to prepare and collect wild herbs. While the majority of the herbs are still sourced from certified organic zones in Latvia, more farming estates from Estonia and Finland are joining the Plükt cooperative. Together with its partners, Plükt continues to raise awareness about biodiversity conservation and sustainable agriculture.
