White Night Tea

WHITE NIGHT is a beautiful blend of wild herbs gathered from the wild Nordic forests. Each herb is first carefully hand-picked, then dried in the sun. Later, the herbs are compressed into a biodegradable pyramid shaped tea bag designed to maximise each leaf’s infusion.

Comprising of dried Peppermint leaves, Jasmine, Lady’s Mantle, Wild Raspberry, Woodruff and Blackcurrant, this tea is caffeine free and a perfect treat to enjoy at the end of a long day.

 

Harvesting

 

All Plükt tea herbs and flowers are hand-picked from certified organic wild meadows, forests, and grasslands.  During the annual harvesting season, which runs from early May to late September, more than 30 family-owned farms collaborate with the Plükt team to prepare and collect wild herbs.  While the majority of the herbs are still sourced from certified organic zones in Latvia, more farming estates from Estonia and Finland are joining the Plükt cooperative. Together with its partners, Plükt continues to raise awareness about biodiversity conservation and sustainable agriculture.

 

Packaging

 

Plükt pyramid tea bags are made entirely of plant fiber. These bags decompose in 30-60 days. As a result, you can enjoy your favourite tea without fear of ingesting harmful plastic particles.

White Night Herbal Tea

 

Brewing instructions: Use 1 biodegradable herbal tea bag per cup.  Pour over nearly boiling water (90 degrees Celsius) and allow it to brew for 5-7 minutes. This raw and unprocessed tea is highly concentrated and thus may be brewed up to three times.
